1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TrigTurn's website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid mobile number or email for OTP verification.
3. Courses & payments
Paid courses and test series are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase. Access to purchased content is granted for the duration specified on the course page. Refunds, where applicable, follow our stated refund window.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account, redistribute course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Discussion groups and batch chats must be used respectfully — abusive behaviour may result in suspension.
5. Intellectual property
All video lectures, notes, eBooks, test questions and platform content are the property of TrigTurn or its faculty and licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Live classes & recordings
Live classes are recorded and made available to enrolled students. Attendance, participation and doubt-clearing sessions are provided on a best-effort basis and schedules may change with prior notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
8. Limitation of liability
TrigTurn strives for accuracy in all content but does not guarantee specific exam outcomes. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
