1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Trig Turn Education LLP (“Trig Turn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, online learning platform, YouTube channel, live classes, recorded lectures, test series, educational materials, offline coaching centres, and associated products and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).

For the purposes of these Terms, “you”, “your”, or “User” refers to any individual accessing or using our Platform, including students, prospective students, parents or guardians, and other authorised users.

By accessing our Platform, creating an account, purchasing a course, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other policies published on our Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using the relevant Services.

Where a user is a minor, any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law must be obtained before the relevant Services are used.

Trig Turn Education LLP provides educational and examination-preparation services, including:

• Government examination coaching for Kerala PSC and other State Public Service Commission examinations.
• SSC, RRB, Banking, UPSC, and other competitive examination preparation.
• Online live classes and recorded video lectures.
• Offline classroom coaching and academic programmes.
• School tuition and other educational programmes offered from time to time.
• Other exam preparation programmes, where offered.
• Mock tests, practice examinations, previous-year questions, and test series.
• E-books, notes, study materials, current affairs, and educational resources.
• Mentorship, doubt-clearing sessions, academic guidance, and related services.

The availability, features, duration, content, and pricing of individual Services may vary according to the selected course or programme.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, discontinue, or update our Services, subject to applicable law and any contractual commitments already made to users.

3. Registration and User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform require users to register and create an account.

During registration, users may be required to provide information such as their name, mobile number, email address, educational details, examination preferences, and other information necessary to provide the Services.

By registering, you agree that:

Parents or guardians enrolling minors are responsible for reviewing the applicable course details, payment terms, refund conditions, and relevant platform policies.

We will handle children's personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

5. Course Enrolment and Access

Course enrolment may be completed through our website, mobile application, authorised representatives, offline centres, or other authorised channels.

Course access is subject to successful enrolment, payment where applicable, and compliance with the relevant course conditions.

Before purchasing a course, users should review the available information, including:

• Course name and scope.
• Fees and applicable taxes.
• Course commencement and duration.
• Live class schedules, where applicable.
• Recorded content availability and access period.
• Included study materials and assessments.
• Any eligibility requirements or additional conditions.

Access to a course is generally personal to the enrolled student and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or assigned to another person without our prior written authorisation.

Course access may be subject to technical requirements, platform availability, device compatibility, and the specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Course fees, subscription charges, and other applicable prices will be communicated through the relevant sales channel or Platform.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed or otherwise agreed amount, including applicable taxes and charges disclosed before payment.

Payments may be processed through authorised payment gateways, banks, or other payment service providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and follow the applicable payment process.

A successful payment does not necessarily mean that course access has been activated immediately. Where activation is delayed, users should contact our support team with the relevant transaction reference or payment confirmation.

If a payment is deducted but the enrolment is not confirmed, we will review the transaction and take appropriate steps in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.

Users must not attempt to manipulate payment systems, misuse promotional offers, or obtain Services through fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Course Transfers

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy applicable to the purchased course or service, as published on our Platform or communicated at the time of purchase.

Online courses: Purchases of online courses are generally non-refundable once purchased, subject to the applicable Refund Policy, any specific terms disclosed before purchase, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Offline courses: Refund eligibility and any applicable deductions or conditions will be governed by the Refund Policy communicated for the relevant offline programme.

Requests for refunds, cancellations, or course transfers must be submitted through the authorised support channels with sufficient enrolment and transaction details.

Course transfers, batch changes, and extensions are not automatic and may be permitted only where the applicable course terms allow them.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Live Classes and Recorded Content

We may provide live classes, recorded lectures, online discussions, doubt-clearing sessions, and other digital learning services.

Users acknowledge that:

1. Live class schedules may occasionally change due to faculty availability, technical issues, operational requirements, or other reasonable circumstances.
2. Access to recordings depends on the features and access period included in the relevant course.
3. Not every live class will necessarily be recorded or made available for later viewing.
4. Recorded content may be updated, replaced, or removed where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable commitments and law.
5. Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, storage and a suitable internet connection.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of our online Services.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance, particularly where interruptions arise from internet providers, third-party platforms, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Where a material service disruption affects a paid course, we may take reasonable remedial steps in accordance with the applicable course terms and law.

9. Educational Content and Examination Results

Our educational materials are intended to support learning, practice, and examination preparation.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and accuracy of our lectures, notes, mock tests, answer keys, current affairs materials, and other educational resources.

However, educational content may contain errors, omissions, or information that becomes outdated.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• We do not guarantee selection, qualification, a particular examination score, rank, job placement, or admission to any institution.
• Actual results depend on several factors, including individual preparation, performance, examination difficulty, eligibility, and the decisions of the relevant examining authority.
• Official examination notifications, syllabus, answer keys, eligibility requirements, and deadlines should be verified through the relevant official authority.
• Course completion or attendance does not guarantee any particular academic or professional outcome.

Any testimonials or examples of student achievements are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with our Platform and Services, including lectures, videos, recordings, notes, e-books, question banks, mock tests, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, designs, and other educational materials, is owned by Trig Turn Education LLP or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to the relevant course terms, we grant enrolled users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the materials for their personal educational purposes.

Without our prior written permission, users must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content.
• Download, record, screen-capture, or redistribute protected content where prohibited by the applicable course terms or technical restrictions.
• Share paid study materials, account credentials, or class recordings with unauthorised persons.
• Upload our content to other platforms or sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute it.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other ownership information.
• Reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with technical protections used by our Platform.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to a user.

11. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

10. Engage in conduct that infringes the rights of Trig Turn Education LLP or any other person.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

12. User-Generated Content and Communications

Users may be able to submit questions, comments, feedback, assignments, testimonials, photographs, or other content through the Platform or associated services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.

You must not submit confidential information, personal data belonging to another person without authorisation, or content that is unlawful or abusive.

Where you submit content for a specific educational or support purpose, we may use it as reasonably necessary to provide that service, administer the Platform, respond to your request, or comply with applicable law.

We will not assume that submitting feedback or a testimonial automatically grants unrestricted rights to use your name, photograph, examination results, or other identifiable information for advertising.

Any promotional use of identifiable student information will be subject to appropriate consent or another valid legal basis, as required by applicable law.

Our Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, video platforms, messaging services, social media platforms, cloud providers, and other external websites.

These services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Trig Turn Education LLP does not control every aspect of third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms or practices.

Users should review the relevant third-party terms before using those services or sharing information with them.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

16. Platform Availability and Maintenance

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise material disruptions and, where practicable, provide notice of planned maintenance that significantly affects the Services.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions, subject to applicable law and any relevant contractual commitments.

17. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs directly arising from their unlawful conduct, fraud, or material breach of these Terms, including infringement of third-party rights.
